We have a Windows 2000 Network in mixe mode and a user with windows 98 is
lock out after some hours on the Network. Do not find any available raisons.
I check that it has a computer account, a valid password, a valid account
but still lock out. I suspect that Windows 98 OS are some problem with AD.
Any idea ?
Thanks

What exactly do you mean by "locked out"? And by the way -
there is no problem betwenn Win98 and AD. It works very nicely.
The problem lies with your installation.

I have the same problem with win98 and win2k! All users log in to the same domain, access file and print servers and all of a sudden mapped drives and networked printers are no longer accessible. The user will shutdown and reboot their workstation and attempt to log in to the domain. The login attempt will fail and I must unlock the user's domain account from the DC. I am running mixed mode with one dc and several stand alone file servers.
