Windows 7 / VS2008 SP1 / C# / Windows Forms - Error while trying torun project. Unable to start debu

Yesterday evening I installed Windows 7 Ultimate RTM , downloaded from
my MSDN Subscription. I installed VS 2008 + SP1.

I created a new console project, but everytime I change the code and
start it with F5 or F10 I get the error message

"Error while trying to run project. Unable to start debugging."

When I press ok and try it again, it works. I change the code and the
game begins anew.

I googled it but the results were all related to ASP.NET which I don't
use.
