Um, no it isn't. Try reading the link you posted, dumb ****. It's an
emulator like Linux' WINE that allows you to run XP era programs.

Also, you can only use the program if you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate.

Of course, your straw man argument is off the subject but what else is
new? The fact is most of the people who are buying Win 7 is because they
hate Vista. People who have XP aren't buying Win 7.
