Windows 7 and Outlook 2007

I cannot open a url or email link in outlook 2007 after I
installed/Uninstalled Firefox/Safari/Google Broswer. Any ideas where I can
reset this capability?

Reassociate with the HTTP protocol whatever browser you wish to use.
