windows 64-bit

I have tried to install both windows xp pro 64-bit and
windows 2003 server 64-bit on a soltek mb with an amd
3000 64 939 chip. Every time there was a compatablity
question during the intall and after the intall the
startup would just keep cyceling over and over. What am
I doing wrong or what driver or trick am I missing? can
anyone help?

This is exactly whats happening to me. It gets to the installing
devices part of the install, and then restarts and it keeps looping,
getting to the same point and then restarting. What is it I'm missing
here? I've seen questions like this before, but not one answer to the
problem ?!?
