Windows 32-bit with PAE

I know that a 32-bit Windows XP can not support more than 4 GB RAM. My
question is, will PAE enable the OS to access more than 4 GB RAM? In other
words, does Physical Address Extension on a 32-bit Windows XP enable more
than 4GB RAM?

PAE enables a 32-bit Processor to access more than 4GB or RAM. This is a
hardware spec.

Windows XP 32-bit will not access more than 4, limitation of the software.
