I have RRAS setup, but the client computers still cannot see the internet. NAT is not working. The server can see the internet

If this machine is a DC, it should not be using the DNS service at your
ISP directly. It should reference your local DNS (which is on this machine)
ONLY!

Set things up so that the server (and the clients) use the local DNS
server address only. Then modify the DNS server so that it forwards requests
to the DNS server at your ISP.

That sounds right. Do you know of any KB articles that show specifically how to setup the forewarder?

It is pretty straight-forward. Look up DNS forwarding in help.You just put
in the IP address of the DNS server from the DNS console.
