Windows 2003 server password reset

Forgot administrator password for a windows 2003 server.
Any suggest on how to get into the windows 2003 server.
 
There are at least two ways:

- The easy way: Log on with your alternative admin account, and
use it to reset the password to the primary admin account.

- The hard way: http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html
(This is really scary stuff but it works)

If you have to follow the hard way, consider for a moment how many
key sets you have for your car, and why you would never consider
driving a car that has only one set of keys. The second set is usally
kept in a safe place, to be used in an emergency.
