Windows 2003 R2 "Feature set"

Hello. Wondering if anyone has a good link for a Win2003 R2 "tech guide".
I've found the Win2003 R2 site, but found the articles to be very vague and
generic. I am looking specifically for all the 'enhancements' that R2 brings
to the table, along with recommended useage for these features.

Here is a decent article with a list of features:

Once you install R2, you will see all of the features show up in Add/Remove
Programs, Windows Components.
