Every time I try to open a program I get an error messege stating the file
cannot be found no matter what program it is I get the same error messege
 
Hi,

Check if the executables can be run from the Windows explorer.

When did you encounter this problem.Was the system behaving normal
previously.

Also ensure that the system is running free from virus issues.
