Windows 2000 will not shut down

W2K will not shut down - just sits on a blue screen.

Do not have a ACPI tab in power options.

Have only installed Roxio DVD CD Creator Platinum (and the
progress screen shows up in Spanish)

Any suggestions?

Roxio is a real problem. If anyone deserves a CA, they do.
Garbage. Best of luck. I'm trying to recover also from a
roxio installation. At least I'm still running, just
doesn't shut down properly. Many folks have had to rebuild
the os.
