Windows 2000 Time Server

I would like to setup one of my Windows 2000 Time Servers to point to one of
my internal routers. Can anyone explain how I can go about doing this. The
only information I can find thus far is how to point my server to an external
clock. I want it to point to my internal router not an external clock.
