windows 2000 Taskbar clock icon

I am missing clock icon from taskbar. I have tried checking and unchecking
display box. I have compared "clock" files with another workstation (no
noticeable difference). Could not find any answers online. Any ideas?
(Yes, I made sure I was looking at entire toolbar).
 
Right-click the Quicklaunch toolbar & select Properties (left-click once). Is
'Show Clock' checked?

I really don't understand about the clock icon. What clock icon or do you
mean the clock itself?
