Do you get a "browse" button when it asks for the CD? If so, extracting the
SP using the -x switch will give you the SP4 files.

If the ServicePackSourcePath value in the following registry key is missing
or incorrect it can cause this problem:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup

Also, if the service pack files are missing from the
%Systemroot%\ServicePackFiles folder it can cause this problem. Please
review the following article:

If your operating system was deployed by using sysprep, you could be running

As Oli said, you may need to extract the SP4 files. If you do this, you
would need to click on "SP4 Network Installation" and save the W2ksp4.exe
file locally. You would then need to run the following command to extract
the SP4 files:

<path>\W2ksp4.exe -x

where <path> is the path to the file.

You would then need to specify a folder where the extracted files will be
located.
