Windows 2000 service NLD set up

Hi ,

We have two new Dell services, which will be a WEB
services.
One is a window 2000 (back up) and another one is advanced
2000 (production).

We are trying to set them up as a two mirror services, so
in case of one failure the other one will automatically
take over for another.

Any information how to install and configure NLD or
System configuration for this set up will be gratefully
appreciated.
