What features are avaliable in Windows 2000 Advanced Server that aren't
avaliable in Windows 2000 Server ie WINS, Routing and Remote Access etc...
does anyone have a list of both?

30 seconds on Microsoft.com revealed:

Note that it's primarily clustering, support for more processors, etc.
but that RRAS does have a few unique features, such as fully
configurable one-to-one NAT.
