Windows 2000 Server Terminal Services

Im have trouble with my windows 2000 server machine specifically
terminal services. When trying to access the server it says "cannot
connect to remote computer". Being suspicous, I checked the terminal
services configuration icon in adminstrative tools and noticed that in
the connections folder there is no RDP 5.0 connection there!? Which
using terminal services before seemed odd becuase it usually there. I
tried to add a new connection with the wizard and noticed also the
Microsoft RDP 5.0 is missing from the drop down menu. I have tried to
uninstall TS and rebooted with no luck. Please help! Any help would be
appreciated.

Have you tried to install the latest service pack to see
if the problem goes away?

Have you tried removing the terminal services portions of
the registry and then reinstalling TS?
