Windows 2000 Server Languagw Pack

Is it possibel to have a Windows 2000 Server with
multiple languages, for example, English and French
 
You'll need what's called the Multilingual User Interface pack or MUI. I
believe you have to purchase it from MS. What it allows you to do is have
the OS installed in one language, English, for example, and then each user
can choose the language they want the interface to be in after they logon.

Also note the installed version must be English to use MUI.
