Windows 2000 Server irql not less or equal problem

hello there i am experiencing probllems with windows 2000
server after about 30 mins of system start up i recieve
the message STOP 0x0000000a (0xc0c71000,
0x00000001,0x00000000,0x8044d8ab (irql noty less or equal
(8044d8ab) base at 80400000 ntoskrnl.exe any ideas as it
is causing me serious problems is there any way to fix
this? or what is causing it any reply is appreciated
