Windows 2000 Remote Desktop Printing

I am using a Windows 2000 machine to connect to a Windows
XP machine via VPN remote desktop. I cannot map to my
local printer to print. Any suggestions?
 
Printer Drivers Must match exactly. Install the driver on
the server and then send that driver to the client.
