Windows 2000 problem

Hello,
I have got a problem with starting my WINDOWS2000-PC. After starting the
computer the "Windows2000-screen" apprears and loads. But afterwards there is
a blue screen with the following text:
***STOP: 0x00000044 (0x81877C28, 0x000000D39, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE REQUESTS

This message is always appearing, and so I am not able to do anything.
I would be pleased to get help soon. Thank you.

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem WINDOWS2000Rechner. Wenn ich ihn starte und
der Windows2000 "Bildschirm" geladen hat, kommt der blaue Bildschirm mit

not sure how this relates to Active Directory, but you might want to refer
