Are there any problems when you upgrade a PC from Windows 98SE to Windows 2000? What would be the proper procedure to do an upgraded from 98SE? Is it preferable to wipe hard drive and then install? I would appreciate any help on this matter.

It's preferable to wipe the hard drive and then install since you'll be left
with a "cleaner" system.
