Windows 2000 family and Windows XP Pro

We have a client how want to put a total of 6 gigabitys of Physical Memory in a system. I am not sure which versions on Windows 2000 Pro, Sever, Advance Server and Windows XP Pro will support this amount of Physical Memory.
