Thank You for the answer to my question...

I clicked on the yes button to rate the response but I assumed it meant to
rate the response as a high, low or in between as well.... (Wrong
assumption?) .. It was exactly what I was looking for... So, thanks again.

I went to Tip 4221 which answerd my question... but, I don't have an XP copy
of msconfig.exe or msconfig.chm... I do have a copy of windows 98... Would
that do?
Or, is there a place I can go to get the files?

I don't know about the W98 version.

Use tip 2620 » Freeware StartUpCPL manages program startup on Windows NT and Windows 2000.

Google is your friend. There are a number of web sources for downloading
the XP version.
