Window XP will not boot after SP1

After I install XP Service Pack 1 my PC will not boot. If
I remove my PCI to PCMCIA vard the PC boots. I have a SCM
Microsystems PCIC2CPR10 card. I got this card with my
avaya wireless card. Avaya's site does not have a new
driver for this card. Avaya says XP will install the
driver. XP installs "Texas Instruments PCI-1225 Card bus
controller. How do I fix this problem?

Try removing the device from device manager in safe mode and then rebooting
with the device plugged in and see what it does.
