Window XP Product key

Dave Robert

I bought Window XP Pro and product key sticker was pasted
on blister pack. I succesfully installed Window XP and got
activated also. My wife thing that blister is rubish she
threw the Product key. I am worried if I have to re-
install Windows without product key how can I install. If
I quote activation number will Mircrosoft give me product
key or is there any other way to solve future problem.
Please guide.

Get free Magical Jelly Bean and run it. Record your key. Do a Google search
for it.

You should be able to get your key off your system by using 'Belarc Advisor'.
It's free from belarc.com

The program I got that reveals the key which you used to install
Windows in "ViewKeyXP". It's all of 32 kilobytes uncompressed, coded
by Serge Kandakov (aka KaSA) in Russia. You can Google it as well.

get the free Everest Home edition from
http://www.lavalys.com/index.php?page=product&view=1
which is an excellent general System Info tool, and its Operating System
- Operating System page will tell you the one used

Make a safe note of it and be sure that is still around before any time
you do major work, just in case
