Just installed Window Washer 5.0 for cleaning files,
folders, and drives. When I close down the computer, after
automatic washing, the computer freezes. I can't unfreeze
it and have to pull the AC plug to get the computer to
function. Window Washer Company says Microsoft has a "fix"
which goes back to WW 3.5. Can anyone tell me how to
access the fix . Thanks your help
