Window Update error message 0x800A138F

XPPro installlation. got new hardrive. slight problem
when trying to register online, so went w/ phone. Now no
update, error 0x800A138F. Followed update trouble
shooter, turned off AVG antivirus, still no go.
Perplexed.?//???

Make sure your date and time are correct, if it is off
very far, the update software will fail on the M$ site.
