Window startup problem

When start a PC, after the Window startup screen, the PC automatically reboot.
The reboot repeats and won't proceed any further.
Safe mode, or restart at last known good setting does not work.

One time, when all USB devices were disconnected, it started up.
However, now, it won't startup with all USB out.

Any help?

Hello Kazu,

I am having the same problem since yesterday. Does your computer list the
file type as NTSF and continously attempts to do what seems like a Check Disk
function ? My computer keeps trying to do this and gets steps 1 of 3 done, 2
of 3
gets to approximately 82% and then it says an Unexpected Error Occurred and
then the computer attempts to reboot again. Have you had any luck????

Hello;

My case is bit different from yours.
The process would not proceed at all,
and every time, I got the menu to chose safe mode etc.
Even I select safe mode, PC reboots and repeats the same screen.

I suspect the hard drive, or any other hardware.
Hope someone provide hint.
