With Internet Explorer, when I download a web page, it
usually opens half-screen (or less) instead of full-screen
on the monitor. Is this a setting problem or controlled by
the web site? Thanks

John, I have the same problem and if I find out how to
fix it, I'll let you know. It's very aggrevating. It's
not the websites.

Stretch that second window out to full size- don't maximize it.
Close the first window then close that second window.
