Somehow, I have rotated my window 90 degrees so that my taskbar is located
along the right side of the monitor screen. In other words I have to tilt my
head to the left to read everything. How can I correct this viewing problem?

Possibly something to do with your graphics card options, I know my graphics
card allows me to rotate my screen (NVidia Options - NVRotate) have a look
around for anything to do with your graphics card. Possibly a little green
icon in your system tray?

Go into your video card advanced properties and rotate the screen from
there.
