I just did a complete reformat/reinstall of Windows XP Pro and have all
updates installed.
Here's my problem, I usually have a lot of IE windows open so I like to
keep them as small as possible to avoid desktop clutter. I used to be able
to drag the status bar all the way up so that only the title bar was
showing for each IE window.
For some reason, I am now unable to do that. Windows will allow me to
resize the IE windows to a smaller size, but only to a certain extent.
When I drag the status bar up so that only the title bar is showing, and
close the window (to set the resized window as default size), it
automatically reverts back to about a 3"x5" sized window every time.
Can someone tell me if they have this same problem, or how I can go about
fixing it... beside switching to mozilla?
Btw, all virus/spyware/trojan scans have come back clean.
