window messanger:video call doesn't work on vista

I download window messanger 8.1 everything is fine but video call doesn't
work. Video works but no sound or microphone. did I set something worng or
it's common problem for this new version with vista
please help...I run Internet cafe it's quite huge problem for me coz most of
customer want to do vedio call. : (

You could try 8.5 http://get.live.com/messenger/features, but I suspect it's
just an audio configuration problem on your PC(s).
