Window crashes/reboots when swithing users

I have windows xp home with sp2 recently installed. It just started doing
this. When you go to log off and switch users, I get the BSOD (blue screen
of death) and then it reboots. You can get to one user, but when you switch
it does it again. Any ideas?

Please post a copy of the Error message. However, be warned . They are
difficult to interpret.

Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by
allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Right click
on the My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties,
Advanced, StartUp and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck
box before Automatically Restart.

Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure until you have
resolved the problem. Check for variants of the Stop Error message.

There will also be Error Reports in Event Viewer. Please post copies.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools,
Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the error, information
regarding Event ID, Source and Description are important.

HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308427&Product=winxp

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Double click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. This will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report
complete with links into the message. Make sure this is the first paste
after exiting from Event Viewer.

What hardware changes, if any, have made recently>

When was the computer bought new?

ati3d2ag.dll suggests you investigate a problem with your video card.

Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties. Hardware,
Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?

Try Start, Run, type "sigverif.exe" without quotes and hit OK. What drivers
are listed as unsigned? Disregard those which are not checked.

Okay, I have a SagerNP5660(CLevo)Laptop.
http://www.orphanlaptops.com/5600.htm
P4 2.8
Yes, the computer was bought new, but that was 4+ years ago.
The only hardware change recently was one of my 512 sticks of ram went bad
and I had a Tech. pull it out, leaving me with one more 512 for now.
Recently my Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-R2412 drive started acting up. I had to
download a secondary program so I could burn some data to disks. When you try
and right click on something and "sent to" it's not an option in the drop
down. I've used troubleshoot with it and no luck. With the Secondary program
(BURN FOR FREE) everything works fine.

There are no yellow checks in the device manager.

There are 166 files not digitaly signed.
Most of them start with atf, ati, atm, atr, atp, att and the a few odd ones
at the bottom.
Just found the log file, should I post it here?
Should I dump my video card drivers, run a driver cleaner and then reinstall
them?
I really appreciate all the help!!!!
