Window clipping - help plz

Herr Pie

I am running the Catalyst 4.2 drivers on my 9800 Pro (Win XP, P4 3.06ghz,
1GB, ABIT IC-7). On some of the windows that I open, the bottom 10% of the
window is cutoff. I tried reinstalling the drivers and also going back to
Catalyst 4.1 but no change. Anyone have any ideas on what's going on??

your refresh or OSD adjustments are out of wack?

not sure what you mean exactly. is the desktop, without any windows open, looking proper?
 
You mean you can not see status bar and other lower parts of say a folder
you open? What happenes if you drag that window around the screen? Still
clipped?
