Win98 to Win2000 upgrade

While upgrading, setup gets to report section and then a
WINNT32 error occurs and setup is cancelled. I upgraded
two similar PC's with no problem. I tried different
media, but no luck. What do I need to do to fix this and
complete the upgrade.
