win98 authentication Problem

windows 2000 env. i am facing authentication problem with
domain only windows 98 machine. Winxp, windows
professional etc. are easily connected with domain.
event ID: 1202 Source: SceCli .
Kindly solve this probelm because most of my Windows 98
client hardly connected with domain.

Also, what does 'hardly' connect with the domain mean? Can they but then
they loose connectivity after a bit? Or, can they simply not? Are users
able to log on at all? Or, are they having a problem with mapped network
drives?

Do you have WINS installed?
