Userenv/SceCli Event Messages

On one of my client computers, the two Events below occur once every 90
minutes or so. Searching for the answer, I am relatively certain this is a
problem with Group Policy not being applied at logon or periodically. I
have not been able to find a way to correct it, though.

It started after I renamed the computer. I have tried disjoining and
rejoining the domain, but problem still occurs. Any help appreciated.

Event ID: 1000
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Event Type: Error
The Group Policy client-side extension Security was passed flags (17) and
returned a failure status code of (5).

Event ID: 1202
User: NA
Event Type: Warning
Security policies are propagated with warning. 0x5: Access is Denied.

Thanks for the help guys, but neither of these two seem to involve my
particular situation. The failure status codes are different as well as the
descriptions. I'll keep looking

I've done these tasks and in the winlog.log file I can read the
following informations:

----Configure General Service Settings...
Configure TrkWks.
Configure NtFrs.
Configure Messenger.
Warning 5: Access is denied.
Error opening Messenger.
Warning 5: Access is denied.
Error opening Messenger.


Can somone tell me, what this means??
