Win2KPro+DOTNET+IIS+updates causes 8Meg files to fail when downloaded via http

I have a Windows 2000 Pro machine with IIS running DOTNET.
I have loaded all the SP's and find with the new ASPX
website it wont download files around the 8Meg mark or
bigger. The actual size can vary depending on the config.

I inserted it into a domain, using a Win2K server for DNS
only and this will then work, however http forms stops
working. If I use my hosts DNS I get forms working but
download limits apply.

Has anyone come across this b4?
