Win2k sp 4 problems

After installing sp4 for win2k i can no longer reach the internet. Any ideas
to this?
 
From a command prompt;
ipconfig /all
and compare the result with what your ISP thinks you should have.

Everything appears to be normal, I can even access my LAN, just not the
internet.

I can even ping an internet server, very strange...
It must be something to do with IE or what?
