What are needed for

1. basic services,
2. for file,
3. print services,
4. IIS,
5. SQL, and other apps (if you have)

Hardening Guide and The Windows 2003 Server Security Guide should be very helpful to
you. Also TechNet Security webpage has recommendation for securing servers based on
