Win2k server issue

hi,

From my win2k Pro am able to Ping,and able to access
network resources,with win2k server,while am registering in
domain,getting an error "Network path cannot be reached",
tell me some suggest rectify the issue.
 
Check your lmhosts entry it may be pointing to a wrong server
