Win2K Pro. ICS Does not work

Am using DUN on a modem attached to Win2k Host. I have followed to the letter the seetings in Windows Help to setup Interne connection sharing. I have setup the client's default gateway to be 192.168.0.1, the IP for the host. But the client would not find any webpage. Where am I going it wrong? Any step-by-step help? PLEASE HELP.

can you ping each other? or post ipconfig /all here.
