Simple LAN with 3 workstations all Win2k Pro running from an SBS 2K

2 clients upgrade their Virus Scnner every day with no probs www.vet.com.au
1 produces errors, unable to locate the profile directory etc.

I have now just upgraded the accounting package on this workstation,
installed as administrator to do so and ensured the icons were listed in
"all users" when I log in as the user required the icons do not appear in
her start menu.

I have logged in as admin, deleted her profile director and then logged the
user in again to recreated the profile dir but still the same problem exists
?

Any ideas ?

Check the "c:\documents and settings". You may have more than one
folder for "all users". As a consequence, you may have placed your
icons into the wrong folder, thus making it invisible for the user.

Alternatively you may have to delete both the profile folder of the problem
user and also the account itself.
