Have you tried running a "repair" of your Microsoft Office installation?

I had run a "repair" of your Microsoft Office
installation. It doesn't help.

OK, if you look in your registry, you will see that
{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} is the "Microsoft Word Document" COM
object.
Let's try changing the permissions on this object:
1. Start > Run > dcomcnfg > highlight "Microsoft Word Document", and click
on Properties
2. On the General tab, change Authentication Level to "None"
3. On the Security tab:
- Choose "Use custom access permissions", Edit, and give Everyone
"Allow access"
- Choose "Use custom launch permissions", Edit, and give Everyone
"Allow access"
4. Click OK twice, then restart your computer
