Win2K and backup... HELP!

Hi,

I'm having a problem with one of our clients servers
(Win2K). It will not backup files on a remote computer
when run as a service, I have tried the following:

Remapping network drive to local computer
Using UNC path rather than network drive

However log still says error connecting, even though if
you click on the drive in explorer there are no issues,
likewise if you just type the UNC path from Start | Run.

The client says "that it used to work" and is getting
really grumpy - however I can't find anything that has
changed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

If it use to work, then make sure the password is still current on the
service. If you are using local system then change it to a username and
password that has admin privileges on both servers.
