Win2003 server with 2 NICS

Hello,
I am just getting my business set up for the public internet. We have had
an internal network(3 desktops with no internet access) for years and used
private I.P.'s to talk to each other. I recently purchased a server class
machine that has 2 NIC's. I want to set up 1 NIC with a private I.P. and work
as we have for years but the other NIC to use a static I.P. provided by my
ISP. The server will be the only machine able to get out onto the public
internet. There will be 3 remote users logging into the server. Is this
possible and feasable? Would I have to set up any services like DNS on my
server? I am currently using my ISP's DNS and prefer that as we have no
technical staff on the payroll. I want the set up to be a simple as possible.

1. If only the server can access the Internet, setup the default gateway on External NIC and other computer keep the blank gateway.
2. Use ISP DNS is OK.
3. For user to access the server, create each user on the server.

Thanks Robert. I am out of town and will not be back in my office until
December 18th. I will set it up then.

Thanks Again
