win2003 can't fax anymore

MR

i recently replaced the mother board on my windows 2003 enterprise server.
therefore i also changed my serial ports. i had to an inplace upgrade to
windows 2003 because of a new HAL.

since then i have not been able to send or receive faxes. i am using the
same modem i did before (practical peripherals 14400). i tried to uninstall
and reinstall it but that did not help.
it does dial successfully but it cannot connect and send to the receiving
fax. i am attaching the log from a recent attempt. i cannot tell form it
what the problem is, i would appreciate any help
thanks

Is 'Practical peripherals 14400' the name of your Modem? If you have the
disks for Modem installation, may be try reinstalling the Modem driver. This
modem name & the Device name suggested in the log looks like Modem is'nt
properly installed.
