Win2000 Windows Explorer Locks Up

Hi, I've got a user who keeps getting locked up on Windows
Explorer after several minutes of inactivity. Shutting
down in the task manager solves it, but he has to do this
daily....anyone else see this/have a solution? (Windows
2000 SP 4)

I have a server on which explorer has locked up to two consecutive days
on the console (works fine apart from that). Not sure of the cause or
solution yet though.
