win2000 somewhat flashy

Well... i notice that each time my screen saver starts it has
this litle stop. Like a sudden pause as it gose. I have
also noticed this in my videos, and games. When i used to
use Win98 it didn't do that. Is my computer just too slow
or dose
Win2000 do somthing to make it studer?
 
You may want to visit the manufacturer website and download the
latest drivers for windows 2000. If you have at least a 300MHZ processor
and 128MB memory, I doubt your computer is too slow. Sometimes you may need
to tweak the cmos settings for video also. --- Steve
